Cedars Landscaping provide landscaping and block paving services throughout Sunderland and the north East.

This page is for clients who would like to have a blue print of their garden to show exactly the way the garden will look on completion. We understand that not every one needs this chargeable service so we would like to take this opportunity to say that we also carry out free estimates for those who need them.

Stage 1. Initial consultation. Involves a site visit to discuss your requirements, inspect the site and complete a soil test (up to 1 hr consultation time).

Stage 2 Design proposals. Basic sketch of design. This is the stage where we iron out any differences before the final draft (sent by e-mail).

Stage 3 Detail design. Detailed plans, full plant list and material quantity list.

Stage 4 optional. During and after care. Site survey's at varied stages checking everything is in order and going to plan.

Payment for stage 1 is due on the day of consultation before leaving the site. At the same time, a 10% deposit is required for the next stage.

All monies paid by our clients for this design service will be refunded in full if all work in the designs is carried out by cedars landscaping.
